The support is absolutely terrible. We’ve been asking for help for three days now, and every time they say someone will get back to us — but our questions remain unanswered. We specifically asked for support to connect our reviews to Google Shopping. They told us we need all sorts of IDs and product identifiers — which is simply not true, and not every store has those. When we asked them to help set it up for us, they completely went silent. This is genuinely one of the worst apps we’ve ever used. We were considering using this app on another store where we do around €30 million in annual revenue — but after this experience, there’s no chance we will. It’s absolutely outrageous to pay a premium price and get such poor service in return. Avoid this app — there are far better alternatives with proper support.
This review pains me because loox has been such an instrumental part in my companies growth but their is a horrendous referral glitch that has cost my company over 50,000 in free sales this month. Upon further review these were mainly fraudulent. I have begged loox to turn off the referral feature but they said it is not possible. I have two companies both doing well over a million a month and am going to hope that writing negative reviews actually will get some traction. You guys used to rock but need to address this issue as it is costing my company far too much money.

Bad customer support. I have email them over 5 times how can I have English and Greek language in the App and their responses are not giving solutions, im wondering if they even read our messages. Good app, awful support. Brrrrrrr
Initally gave 5 stars due to swift customer service. Now, after I reviewed them, they are slower than a sloth. It seems like they stop caring for you after you give a good review.
Edit: I have to update my review since the developer responded and made it sound like I just wasn't aware of the usage fees. Before starting to use Loox, I already had a subscription running which generated ~5000 recurring orders per month. Recurring meaning customers aren't visiting the site, those orders just happen automatically. Loox was charging me usage fees on those orders, meaning it was making money on a subscription I had spent years building and Loox did nothing to build. I assumed Loox wouldn't base charges on recurring orders. Most other apps I use don't (slide cart, bundle apps, etc.). So for two straight months, I was paying over $400 in just usage fees aside from the subscription fee. So around $900 for the two and a half months and I got maybe 200 new reviews out of it. Not worth it. I didn't get many image or video reviews, so the selling point of Loox did really pan out. I probably would've done exactly the same with Judge.Me for around $30 total. I have since switched to Judge.Me. The user experience is not much worse, it has all the same functionality and I am paying $15/mo for unlimited usage. And I actually like the Judge.Me product page widget better. It's more Amazon style versus the Loox cards. I don't like apps that leech off of my hard work when they've contributed nothing to it. Loox doesn't deserve to make usage fees off my subscription. So far they have not agreed to give refunds. They say their pricing is transparent. When I left this review they responded and said I should be on the unlimited plan because of my order volume. But when the app is installed on my store, its pricing page literally says I should be on the Scale plan (the plan that gets you crazy usage charges).
I’ve encountered ongoing issues with Google Merchant Center suspending my store for “Misrepresentation” after installing and using the Loox app. Despite compliance across my store’s policies and product data, the integration appears to trigger violations. If you’re actively advertising with Google Shopping, proceed with caution and monitor your account closely after enabling this app.
too expensive. I don't know why these review apps are too expensive. They should be affordable. People who are not established cannot afford the prices.
Edit: how convenient, they only addressed one out of 4 issues that I brought up in their reply. Now they offer me 30% off the money-pit scale plan lol. The app didn’t work total of 3 weeks out of two months now. We’re already with Judge.me $15 unlimited everything. Cheers! Your pos orders will apply the the 500 order limit, even tho no email provided so there will never be a review from those. Some guy Rotem said he fixed it, but here were a month later with same issue. Also takes them a week to fix anything. Switching asap.
worst app ever with bad customer support, have been a loyal customer for 1 year. When my no. of orders started to finally increase got no support from your team kept getting the same email, hidden charges were there using other review apps now

Don`t go with loox, was great before, but now is too expensive, you can judge me but if you got 1000 orders on your website, 100$ is just the beggingn bill

They overcharge you and have no way to downgrade for smaller shops. The Loox subscription costs more than the shopify subscription
