Very fast and helpful customer service!

Loop has been refreshing to work with, and from engineering to product to finance we all highly recommend it. We're not small, and we were on a very well-known subscription platform that wasn't cutting it (too slow to change/evolve/improve, built on outdated architecture, etc.). We ran a competitive process, took a really good look at all the major players and decided on Loop. They've been everything we hoped for: super responsive and nimble in making customizations/improvements, but also stable and secure with never any down time or issues. Just like any tool, they don't have everything built out for every use case in advance, but we're finding more and more that when we want something from Loop that's important to the business, they're either already working on it or can get it on their short-term roadmap. And they actually deliver, vs. our experience in the past where our salesperson and account rep were great but always relied on some committee or team or process, and nothing ever actually got done on a reasonable timeline. Bottom line: you won't regret going with Loop.

I have been in the internet marketing space since 1998, I run multiple subscription companies on different platforms. I can say without a doubt that Loop has been hands down the best subscription integration I have worked with. The team has not only jumped in to help me with custom setups, but also pointed out areas that I may have been missing. If you know me, I do not write reviews, so if you are on the fence, get off of it and use loop.

Helped alot

I was hesitant to use the Loop App after reading a few reviewers complaining about their poor (or non-existent) service for the free plan, but after another app called "Joy" did not live up to my expectations - it failed during installation steps, I decided to give the LOOP a try. I am so glad I did and I am on the free plan and have received fantastic service from Varun, who was knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. He even disabled another widget that I did not know was in my template. The Loop Widget looks so cool and so happy with the way it looks. I don't know how much I appreciate your help, Varun.
