What an incredible experience I'm having with the Loop team!! From setup, to helping with issues like integrating with other services, Loop and their amazing staff have gone above and beyond to help me see things all the way through to completion. I would very highly recommend this app, most definitely for the great way it helps keep subscriptions and bundles working in my store - but even more for the really awesome experience I'm having with the team - they really do care and aim to help in every conceivable way. The app itself is great, functionality is perfect and reporting is great. And then they have superstar support. Possibly the best and most attentive support I've ever received from an app. The team have been so incredibly helpful and speedy with everything from set-up to customisation and integration. Moving over to Loop was the best decision I have made in a long time. The platform is robust, beautiful, and flexible, and the migration process of existing subscriptions was smooth. Also, the available out-of-box integrations for loyalty programs are also more than sufficient. The support team is very attentive and supportive.
