Just started using Locales.ai. The support team is fantastic! And the app is very easy to use. So far so good!

A good tool, simple and intuitive, it has helped me translate the page into multiple languages in a short time and with few resources.

Not working. Always fails to auto translate. Used all the credits to do the complete site translation. The very next day the auto translation failed and i need to buy more "credits". In my Opinion a complete scam. Paid 40€ for nothing... thanks

I switched to a paid plan and translated my store into Italian, but the app didn't translate the entire store; some buttons remained untranslated. I asked the developer to fix the problem and was told that it would be resolved within 24 hours. After 24 hours, I asked why the problem hadn't been fixed and was told that it would be resolved within three days. In the three years that I have been working, no app has ever taken three days to solve a problem. My store operates online. I explained the whole situation, but they still said the same thing. Draw your own conclusions. I cannot recommend this app because of this attitude towards customers.
