I had a bad experience with this app. I spent two weeks inside it, working intensely just to translate my store into the requested languages while following my glossary rules. But there was always a problem, either something was missing in the translation, or the support team kept promising things that never happened. Sometimes, translations I had completed would disappear the next day, maybe because support interfered or something wasn’t properly configured. I didn’t want to leave too early because support kept reassuring me, which is the only reason I’m giving 2 stars. But after two full weeks, I still had no proper translations, everything was half done. Completely unacceptable. I lost a lot of time, and therefore a lot of money.

This translation plugin is the best one I’ve ever used! It’s really reasonably priced and has no other messy fees! Highly recommended, and the settings are very sensible. Customer service also responds very quickly! But never use Translate & Currency — they have an auto-charge feature and deducted $1,000 without my knowledge. Do not use Translate & Currency!

This app is incredibly helpful for fast and accurate translations—practically error-free. Yes, you do pay credits for translations (unless you connect your own API), but in return, you avoid the hassle of dealing with human translators and wasted time. The support team is responsive and very professional. In our case, we managed to translate an entire language in just 3 hours—a phenomenal speed compared to the 5–10 days it used to take us before. Highly recommended if you value efficiency, speed, and reliability in your translation workflow.
