I am satisfied with the Locales.ai platform; it offers excellent features and stability, greatly streamlining our localization process. However, I urge management to review the cost of machine translation credits. Currently, the price is too expensive for high-volume use. Lowering this cost would make the service more accessible, which would, in turn, encourage me to scale my usage and strengthen my commitment to Locales.ai.

I love using this better for the International store and also great for multi language seo. I suggest that use and grow better.

Absolutely not worth it. The app slows everything down, sometimes even freezing while loading. For this high subscription fee, I expected a professional tool. Instead, it feels like an overpriced prototype. Very disappointed with the overall experience.

The concept is great, but the loading speed is unacceptable. Every time I try to use the translation, it takes over 8–10 seconds to respond. For such high pricing, I expected a much smoother and faster experience.

like everyone i oriented myself on the rating and comments so i started with the two that had more reviews that was good but i had much trouble with both of them this one is the only one where it was really quick and simple to set it up and on top the price is much better

All good, translations are well done, gpt4 is really doing a good job, in terms of customization of unique target market content the app could be much better, there are almost no ways to customize target content for subdomains... so basically it is just good for text, serps, and other things, but not good for multi market target content

Update: We need to add a few points while keeping our original review below. After our 1-star review, Lewis listened to our concerns and engaged with us. He acknowledged the issues and said he would work on improving the app. We also hope he will make the pricing fairer. In addition, he refunded multiple plan fees we had paid. We have now translated our site using another app, but due to Lewis’s goodwill and courtesy, we are raising our rating from 1 star to 3 stars. ----------------------- It’s a complete trap! Every step is designed to make you spend more money. After signing up, we upgraded the plan and paid extra, yet we couldn’t even translate two languages. All it does is send requests through the ChatGPT API to translate. Also, when we reported bugs, they said it was a priority and even promised a refund for the credits and fees we used — but there’s still no action. They've been ignoring the ticket for 4 days as if it doesn’t exist.

The app works perfectly, and when there is any problem the support is extremely fast (props for giving direct real support, instead making you deal with an AI first). And thanks to Nico for that quick fix!
