If I could give 100 stars, I would! The first issue I had was resolved in just 15 minutes. The second was more complex due to my third-party theme, but despite the challenge, the team went above and beyond. Even though i locked out of the chat, they texted me with ideas on how to resolve the issue, and once i was back online, they were ready to take up where we left within seconds. I was honestly surprised they managed to fix it - so quickly and nicely ! - especially since Shopify and other translation apps couldn’t help. I can't wait to launch in new countries!

Selina literally spent all day with me, im not joking.. ALL-DAY !!! Locales enables you to translate every aspect of the store. For me the auto-translation of custom front-end is a big plus. Quality of the translations is close to native. Support is fast and good. Love the app!

Need a quick way to translate your store to multiple languages with high quality output? This app is great for it. The translation quality is close to excellent but of course it comes with a price which is not exactly cheap. It's still very fast and extremely cost effective compared to hiring a translator. Great way to avoid all the back and forth when communicating with an agency. Customer service is also good, lately we had an issue with translations messing up liquid code in some templates but this was resolved fast.

This app is amazing and so is the support. It is really easy to setup and if you have any question it gets answered within 1 minute (yes really). I have used a lot of translations apps before and this is by far the best. Special thanks to Selina for helping me with some questions.
