We've been using the app since about five years. As we had some trouble with the old version, they recommended us to update to a new version. So far so good. Since the update a few things are not working. The support is really incompetent to help. We have been in contact now for two months. You wait at least two days for an answer, sometimes you don't hear anything for weeks. So far we have not been helped in any way. The support used to be really great. Now it's a disaster.

They were very helpful trouble shooting some issues, and then updating my app, and then trouble shooting a bit more. Really great customer service! Thank you so much!!

We've been using local delivery app for over two years! It is the BEST app available to manage delivery dates and times and has never let us down. The team has been 100% supportive the entire time and continue to be on call if required. Adam has also done some customized work for us which allowed us to automate some of our processes and make our biz more efficient. Highly recommend this app and the team!!

Excellent app that fills an important gap for Shopify. Adam was incredibly helpful and responsive via email in walking through my use case and honestly guiding me before I began using it for my store. Thank you Adam. The app works very well, and per Adam's comments will have enhancements added in coming releases that will make much improved.

He installed the app for me himself when I had trouble doing so, and he made all the changes that I asked to the app (He actually fully customised the app for me to suit all my needs)! When I was contacted about suggestions, I was thinking that my suggestions wouldn't be heard. However, Andrew responded quickly to my suggestions and even helped me put them into place! I didn't have to do anything which was a relief and the app was easy to install. Most of my business is delivery so I was extremely excited to try this app because most of my orders are by phone because they couldn't put in everything needed. Now hopefully they will find it much easier to use. I really appreciate the customer service and that Andrew really listened and wanted to make the changes happen.
