Two of our Shopify stores were using Littledata, but one of them has been experiencing ongoing issues with Facebook CAPI and Pixel, where Littledata fails to pass the fbc and fbp parameters to our Facebook Pixel. Despite seeking support for over two weeks and reaching out multiple times, the support team repeatedly assured us that the issue had been resolved or would be fixed soon. However, the error rate continued to rise, leading to wasted ad spend for over two weeks. Additionally, the support team lacked transparency regarding what actions they took to fix our conversion tracking, leaving us completely in the dark with no clear solution. Unfortunately, this has resulted in a costly lesson for us, forcing us to seek a different provider.

Got the app for one thing to sync repurchases with Meta. This did not work. Support said to wait severals times. I had to convince them that waiting is not helping. They "escalated" to their devs but heard nothing back since more than a week which is very bad as the app is completely useless now.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Reached out to them 6 hours ago and still have not heard anything back. Their app broke our site and they will not respond.

Littledata did entirely fix the missing transactions issue for us. However, whilst doing that, it completely skewed the attribution of our CPC & Organic traffic - something we couldn’t accept as it made our Ads reporting even worse, which was the whole reason we installed. I am understanding of apps not always working perfectly but when I reached out to the support team, they totally gaslit me - pushing back saying it must be a GA4 issue, sending me random Google documentation that wasn’t relevant, generally wasting hours of time. I advised I would be uninstalling, and only then did they escalate the issue. After this, they came back conceding that it was Littledata that caused the attribution issue, that there was nothing they could do and offering me compensation. If you do install, watch your attribution graphs closely, as well as your device/location reporting. It isn’t the one stop data solution it claims to be.
