Excellent integration with Shopify, and workflow design is the same as standard email flows, which makes all the Klaviyo tools familiar and easy to use in conjunction. Simplifies the app-stack integrated with Shopify also.

We appreciate receiving up to date reviews to help us stay informed by customer compliments and/or concerns.

It's ALMOST perfect, and has come 1000 miles since we first evaluated it early this year. Several key features we requested at that time have been implemented, which precipitated our switch from another popular reviews app. The integration with Klaviyo email is a huge differentiator for this product. The ONE feature that would make this a 5: In the widget for a full Reviews web page, it doesn't show the store's response to the reviews. This is crucial in mitigating the impact of negative reviews. Will be happy to upgrade this to a 5-star when that feature is added.

We've used this software at multiple companies that I've worked for. It checks all the boxes. Customer support can be hit or miss. There are really good CSR's and then there are ones that need assistance. For the more difficult issues, I would ask for Tracy N. She's as good as it gets and actually opened my eyes to more functions that klaviyo could do than I initially understood.

the best email marketing for e-commerce period end of story. it is 5/5 on its own but their customer service makes it a 10/5. theyre incredible. don't waste your time with any other email marketing service if you're an ecommerce store. this is the one you want

It's a great app that works seamlessly on our store. Everything in one dashboard is a plus! Coming from Stamped reviews, this is a huge upgrade.

It seemed promising but the multilanguage capability is poorly designed. I cannot seem to have two different submission page in different languages.

I do love this review app as an add-on to Klaviyo email marketing. It's easy to import reviews from other platforms, and create review requests. I don't like that people can leave star ratings without their name attached, though.

Love being able to integrate review collection with my existing Klaviyo flows. I also love that Klaviyo collects star rating reviews without the customer having to leave a text review.

We love Klaviyo! Reviews and email marketing are so essential to running a small business. The software is super user-friendly and you can get many features for free! Way better than Mailchimp. 5 stars. Go team.

We have been using this app since day one and love it. Its integration with Klaviyo email is a plus. It was straightforward to integrate into our store and updating the setup and widget is also very easy.

Love this platform and love that the reviews are integrated with Klaviyo now, makes life so easy. But a big kicker is the fact you cant upload images to your review from your mobile (iPhone) saying the format is not accepted. This is a bit of a disappointment as we all know how important photos can be to a review for some products and this is such an obvious thing to have checked when developing! would be 5 starts if not for this issue! I have left messages on the community pages and tried to contact Klavyio multiple times but it seems their customer support is lacking.

I use Klaviyo for my email flows, but adding reviews in was a Game Changer. I just love having everything in the same place, and I have seen a significant increase in the reviews left by my customers.

We used to get some ncie reviews but since we deployed Klaviyo reviews (when Shopify reviews stopped) we have seen an uptick in the number of reviews - very useful.

Great reviews app, however, its missing one crucial feature that is preventing us from completely migrating our reviews to Klaviyo. You can not show Klaviyos reviews in Shop app.
