Great support from Mohamed when I had an issue with the review tagged as anonymous still appearing on the site as a named review

I had an issue with my reviews not submitting and Victor was extremely helpful and resolved it quickly

I had a problem with my reviews not displaying, and Judge.me immediately found the source of the problem, addressed it and fixed it - in a very professional manner. Now my reviews are displaying correctly, and I'm very impressed with the level of attention I received.

I've used Judge.me on multiple storefronts now, and it's always been my go to. Affordable and with great support! My one gripe, which is minor, is that it doesn't play fully nicely with Shopify Bundles in that it's reviews send out for the individual components, but there are workarounds for it and I trust that they'll get it sorted soon on the backend!

I have just started using Judge.me to collect reviews in my site. It looks like a great App with a free version and easy to install and configure. The support is simply GREAT, just been on the chat with Ron and he has been very very helpfull. Anyone looking to have an App to collect reviews on your site I RECOMMEND give Judge.me a try,you'l not be disapointed.
