The support team at Judge.me is fantastic. I had a problem linking the star ratings to specific products last night. I emailed them, and they responded immediately. I thought I'd get an automated email and have to wait days for a solution, but all interactions were in person, and my problem was solved within half an hour - such a difference from most apps, which have AI bots and long wait times. Highly recommend.

Simple to use for a non techy person. Plus there is a lot more advanced options that can be explored. Easy to curate on Shopify.
