Even customized a template for me and adjust the colors of my widget to better match with my website aesthetic. Judge.me has given me so much confidence on running my shop. I have been using is for over a year and it really helps to me to build positive relationship with my clients. Also product support is excellent. I was able to get hold of support in 2 min via chat and got that problem fixed right away! Having good live support helps me so much. It takes them ages to fix a bug and I feel like their customer support is not very informed about certain features of their own apps. Disappointing.

This app really helps give that extra sense of security to my customers, as a brand new seller. The free version currently gives me everything I could want and more, in my opinion the devs are very generous for this. I did find one bug and that is "itemReviewed" is missing from the schema for product pages and causes an error with google. Other than that I'd give 6 stars if I could!

They are locking more and more features behind their paid plan, not worth setting up. At some point they will force you to buy their plan, at which point you will have to redo all your reviews on another app.

I am a new Shopify user with minimal Tech experience. I tried a number of apps that might improve my store with their added features and only ended up with the apps creating errors in my google merchant feed and interfering with my store's code that was too complicated for me to fix on my own. I was therefore worried about adding judge.me - but honestly the process has been seamless so far. No errors or interference. It was easy to install and activate and staff are so eager to help. I give them six stars.

It's a very useful app to collect reviews. Wish free plan included a few more options. If there is any issue in any feature or setting of the app, it's always fixed quickly. You can request for more features and the team reviews and helps accordingly. Highly recommended.
