So far, so good. We had previously tried to piece together our review generation strategy using different internal systems, but Judge.me automates the whole thing and now that's one less project to manage for short money. We also like that Judge.me can aggregate and pull in reviews from verified sources such as Shop, further simplifying the process and ensuring that our customers voices are heard across all of our platforms.

We have been using Judge.me for years as a paid subscriber. The value for merchants is enormous compared to the cost of some of their competitors. I had an issue with receiving export emails, and their live support was very quick to help me find a workaround. Very nice to have an issue solved in one live chat conversation without getting led in circles by AI bot answers. UPDATE: The support team followed up with me the following day to let me know the issue had been resolved and the workaround was no longer necessary!

The app / shopify integration was a little challenging. Felix helped me resolve alot of issues that I was unable to figure out. He helped me improve my website.
