Was using the app on the free version, everything was fine. Then I wanted some extra features so I upgraded and paid the $15USD. i wanted to stop paying the $15 and revert to the previous version but the snakes do not allow you to do this. You have to cancel the App altogether. I find this deceptive and unethical. Shopify do better!

I am happy with the app features and widgets, especially for a free plan. You can import product reviews from other websites that also use Judge.me, provided that website shares with you a CSV export, which is easy to do. I asked Judge.me support to help me with the CSV import settings and within a few minutes, the reviews were properly displayed on my page.
