tried to replace the system sender email to our own email address and had to navigate the DNS records. Intstructions were clear and i was abke to navigate easily without trouble. All steps were done and it couldnt be verified. went to their chat room, served by a surprisingly smart AI agent. escalated to a human (2-3 mins) and resolved it manually. that to me is fresh and rare. You guys got my vote.

Migrated from Yotpo to Judge.me. Lower cost and better design was the reason. Migration and set up was not difficult. My questions were answered by a somewhat competent AI agent, Oualid came online in an instant once iI requested to chat to a human. He gave correct advise and sorted my issues within 10 minutes. Thank you and well done.

I haven't had any experience yet but the assistance in installing the app was very fast and effective.

This app works very well and is powerful. The customer service, Hakima, is excellent and very patient in answering the questions I asked, I will be opening an upgraded version of the service in the future and I'm starting to look forward to a better experience.

This App is great, much better value than many other review sites available, sure it does not have the awareness of some of the bigger brands but it provides user generated reviews and reassurance on the site. If you cant afford the bigger brands then this is the one you need. The Customer service is quick and efficient. Recommended!

So far, so good. I literally have no idea what I am doing. My store is BRAND new and I have very little experience with websites or marketing. Not to mention...this is my first Shopify app. The help is immediate, and it's pretty easy to learn. I just signed up for the free trial of the "awesome" and I hope I love it.
