Great app, fantastic support especially when it comes to adjusting the design to the shop. I wish there were a few more options so we can do it ourselves, but that's a very minor thing when the support is this fast and good. There's just one blemish: The handling of product variants is not ideal, at least in conjunction with Klaviyo. In the review request the base image rather than variant image is sent and the review link goes to the base product too – worst case scenario, if they ordered multiple variants of the same product customers are asked to review the same product multiple times and reviews are overwritten. It's an issue they are aware of and working on. Once this is resolved this is 100 % a 5 star app and probably the best option available.

Quick to respond and extremely helpful! My CSV import from another review providers headers were off, and instead of just telling me how to change the headers myself, Rodrigo, changed them and sent me a new CSV that uploaded perfectly. He saved me a ton of time and headache. Highly recommend. Easy integration. Helpful if you're stuck.

Support has been excellent helping me set this up with my Klaviyo Email and Shopify site Straight forward to connect and use, had a slight issue with the orginal trigger/api connection but that was quickly sorted, was able to access help chat with someone quickly and they were extremely helpful

I'm just on the free version because I'm just starting out. It's very user friendly and is great for someone just starting out. Their customer service is fantastic. I contacted them on a Saturday afternoon...and actually talked with someone who helped me! That's amazing customer service!

The display looks great on my site, and I love that there’s a generous free plan with the option to upgrade later. When starting a Shopify store, there are already so many costs and tools needed—it was a huge relief not to be forced into a paid plan or a limited-time free trial. That’s actually why I chose Judge.me over other apps—it felt like less pressure and more flexibility. Because of that experience, I’d be happy to upgrade to the paid version once my shop is fully up and running!
