I haven't really tried the app yet, but Abraão in the customer support who I chatted with was amazing! He helped me with the download, walked me through everything and answered all of my questions ( and I had a lot!) patiently and thoroughly. I installed Judge me Review App and Soufiane kindly helped me install previously verified reviews on my store from previous Service Provider and made sure that I didnt loose any of those reviews. Intuitive interface, good basics and enough to customize while on the basic plan, quick support. Importing reviews is easy, however we still doubt if this is legal.
