Customer service went above and beyond to help; not only did they let us join the "Early Access" features will little fuss (which side note it's a great sign they're still updating the app), when a tiny bug in the system happened, they fixed it for myself and for other customers. Very worth it.

I am cancelling while still in my trial membership, Thank God for that at least. I will not get back all of the time I wasted trying to make this work for my store. They do not have a phone number and they just stopped responding to my emails (it has been a weeek and i even followed up twice!)....total waste of time!!!
