Easily one of the most important apps to have on your shop. This is a day one install for me. The trust score is great, seeing customer photos is great, and I think it helps with SEO. Any time I've had to deal with support they've been fast and clear and help you out.

The tool is good with lots of features. It lacks a but on customization options and language options. There support team though is AMAZING and always helpful available 24/7.

Multiple times I have had to communicate issues with wrong posting of reviews and instead of them verifying - they make us do it multiple times and choose not to update the process. Very frustrating and if you look at their 5 star rating doesn't appear to be accurate.

good product but having theme colours behind a paywall is a bit you know but 15 a month isnt too bad.
