Purtroppo nonostante l'app sia a pagamento ha due diffetti importanti: 1) Molti clienti che ricevono l'email e poi recensiscono inseriscono 1 stella al posto di 5 stelle perchè per qualche strano motivo Judme ha strutturato la valutazione al contrario! 2) Il commento nelle recensioni si bugga, infatti alcuni anzichè scrivere la rencesione applicano in automatico il nome del prodotto. Sono anni che segnalo questo all'azienda ma non hanno mai risolto nulla

We use Judge.me in a number or ways. CS tickets, collecting product reviews & displaying them on our website, etc. The few times I have had to reach out to support they have been able to help right away.

This app was easy to work with and leaves my store feeling more professional. If you have great reviews on other platforms it makes sense to inform your shop visitors.

A "feature" of the free plan is an automated email that goes out to your customers requesting that they write a review, and you get minimal styling options for the email (or the ability to turn it off) without paying. No thank you!

Hard to navigate. We have over 1000 GENUINE reviews from Etsy. Something you can't tamper with, yet only 800 got imported, and we have a 10% verified?! Bullsht! Every time I try to reach support, I crash into a bot.
