Felix is the man! He was on the chat asap and implemented the app along with suggestions of what else to put in to which he did speedily and without issue. Just switched from Okendo because JudgeMe has all the same features except it's $250 cheaper. Can't beat $15/month! As soon as I downloaded, someone was available on chat to immediately help me with any issues I experienced adding the widgets to the site. They immediately accessed my store and made all of the customizations I needed. Absolutely amazing so glad we made the switch.

The in-store form does not allow for scrolling so my customers cannot leave a review while in my website. I have spent many hours with chatgpt trying to solve it, but solutions are not working. I cannot find a simple solution on the judge.me website and the Help Center is just articles for me to comb through.
