Only just switched to judge.me but so far, so good. They are super helpful and my transition has been easy so far.

I am working on setting up the Judge.me app, getting ready to launch. The AI-bot and more importantly, the tech team have been outstanding to work with on issues that have come up along the way. They are both cordial yet truly know their stuff! Relevant to the Judge.me app itself, the widget and overall formats are user friendly. Plus, I like the options they provide to customize. Their look on my website is highly professional. After all, the Judge.me content seems integrated from the get-go, rather than added at the end. I have nothing but good things to say about this Judge.me app and look forward to a longstanding relationship. (As an FYI...To provide context and emphasis on my experience with Judge.me so far, this is my very first public review, ever!)

It was easy to integrate into my Shopify store and syncs my Etsy reviews seamlessly. I has one small issue which was my own mistake and they easily fixed it for me within a day. I really love this app.
