Honestly, customer support was really responsive and great with an issue I had. I wish they had a plan in between free and premium to give more features to small businesses who can't afford the monthly price of premium. Even a smaller five dollar plan would be super cool. Nonetheless, the free version accomplishes the job.

Excellent reviews app. I had several requests about widget layouts and customisation. Nouhaila responded promptly and kindly, provided all the information I needed, and even helped with some CSS to achieve the exact design I wanted.

Good, fast customer service and responsiveness. App is very useful but the email template function can be buggy and had to rewrite it using HTML option as font size wasn't consistent. Otherwise it's great

Does what it says it does. Easy to get it looking slick and integrated. Easy to reward reviews and automate email requests. Photo/video UGC if you want it, and can display it nicely. Very reasonable pricing for its capability. And extremely helpful customer service (though you shouldn't need it.) All in all very satisfied and would recommend.

Judge.me is very easy to set up and use. I had no issues migrating reviews from our old system over to this app. The emails seem to be working well, as we've had a huge uptick in the number of reviews received. One customer complained about the emails requesting reviews, but there is thankfully a function to put that customer on a list to NOT receive emails. Problem solved! We are currently using the free version, but I expect we will upgrade to the paid version this summer so we can ramp up reviews before the holiday season. Great app. Nothing but good things to say!
