Awesome experience! Easy to use, and great support :) Hakima from the support team helped us automate product groups for reviews based on our product tag, which was a massive help for our shop. We'd like to also automate the discount codes sent out so they're restricted to certain product collections, like Shopify's native discount codes are, but this doesn't currently seem to be possible. This would be great to have since we'd love to reward reviewers, but some of our products are too price-sensitive to have a discount be applied to them.

This app is very good. After I downloaded it, a customer service representative helped me install it. It was perfect. I will recommend it to my friends and will continue to use it.

I encountered a few issues with one of the widgets. I contacted customer service, and they helped me fix the issue. I appreciate when a company cares for its customers and does everything possible to assist and solve the problem. So far, I am really happy with the app.
