I was fumbling my way through when up popped Ron and Han, they personally set the whole app up for me keeping in line with my Style Guide. Judge me went above and beyond to help make it look like a seamless integration of my website.

we tried this app first time it miserably failed to work on our shopify store ,tried to approch the support team for a resolution and give them collaborator acess to our store for atleast 5 hours checking by themselves they failed to provide a resolution ,hence i am not recomending this app

The onboarding process is super simple & support is great! I had issues with not finding the correct spot to put the code snippet for review stars, but Soufiane reached out immediately via chat and was able to correctly install the snippet in minutes. In addition, we were able to set up judge.me on an unpublished theme, which is very helpful as we are transitioning from an older review widget. The review import tool was super easy, you simply select your old app from a dropdown and it instructs you on what kind of file to provide. As for the app / widgets itself, its all very straightforward. The display widget for reviews is pretty basic and it does match the theme, but I wish there was a few more customization options in changing how it looks (setting a max width, changing font size etc). However the widget loads much faster than our previous one with another app which is a bonus. The admin panel is great, reviews and Q&A are easily viewable and accessible with options to hide reviews and a spam filter. The product groups are SO easy to set up and this is a feature we heavily used on another app. Overall I would recommend trying this app out - in our experience this app is a much better value than most review apps out there for all the features you are getting, fantastic & quick support, plus a great install process.

Have had the app a while with little returns of the reviews but came to my attention that emails were ending up in spam. I have now reconfigured to be sent from my store email and was helped to do this.

Best Reviewed App. Excellent. Has all the features you need, is always there to answer the questions you need with patience and care, and leaves you feeling satisfied!

Overall the styling of this app is pretty old, it looks like it's been created in the 2010s. If you want to have it look modern prepare for some serious CSS rewriting and even JS hacking. The support is good, but it just seems like the architecture behind this was bad from the start and everything custom needs a workaround. The translation part is really bad, I've got a store in both english and romanian and the translation just doesn't sound romanian. If I put that on my website we'll just embarrass ourselves. There is no way to adjust the translated texts in the review widget, you have to either accept their translation or write custom JavaScript to intercept those texts and change them in the page. Doing that causes a flicker where you see the initial text first, then the it quickly changes to your text. You just need to hope the client doesn't notice. The multi-language review emails allow translation, but you can only set change the text. The product title, which is outside your control, stays in the language set in the admin(EN in my case). So, imagine an email in romanian with products titles in english. Very professional.... There is currently no way to change this, I'm being told by support, although this basic problem should've been solved years ago.. This app is just not made for stores that use more than one language at the same time. Found all this after spending about 3 weeks of my extra time customizing it. I don't recommend it.
