I like the program and I'm running the free version for now. I understand that it has it's limitations, but right now it's been problematic. My shops language is in Finnish and when I reply to my customer reviews, they get an automatic reply and my answer translates to Estonian. This is very frustrating especially since Judge.me website I can only talk with a AI...

Our team is really enjoying Judge.me reviews. It's definitely worth it to upgrade so that you have more control about the user experience and any other adjustments. But over all else, their customer service is great and fast. We had a review go up under another product, and within 5 minutes, their team had it fixed and moved to the correct product. Thank you!

Super easy to use. Very satisfied! I was able to import reviews from Shop app - just know these reviews cannot be hidden. I was also able to request reviews from customers who have purchased recently. Cool to see the reviews come in almost instantly after I requested them through Judge.me. For a small business, the free option was everything I was looking for and needed. Excited to see how this new feature boosts sales and social proof! Mahalo!

I was needing to customise my review carousel and the emails. as well as do the rerouting of the domain. All out of my comfort zone, but Felix and Brian were amazing. they not only helped me, went in and fixed stuff, but made suggestions to make it better. I'm still going to be fixing things for a few days, but good to know that there are not just bots, but people who acutally like their job and are very good at it willing to go above to help tech challenged people like me.

I bought the orange, cranberry and cinnamon and Nutcracker waxes. I have now used both. They are both beautifully warm aromas. My home felt like Autumn with a little Christmas thrown in. Love them both the smell lasts and the melts are the perfect size for my burner. Looking forward to ordering more, specially when the winter arrives and Christmas is properly on the way.
