I had a bit of trouble integrating my Etsy reviews and Ron helped me to import them and went over and above to make sure my stars were showing for each product and they were on brand for my company. He even formatted my emails so they're on brand without me prompting him, he just offered. It was so helpful, and I am so excited to have my hard work displayed so nicely on my website! Works great for my business. It allows us to collect reviews from several stores (Shopify & Etsy) and show them on our site automatically.

Does a lot. Quick support. They added code to my theme to get star ratings showing on product cards and told me exactly where the code went so I could document it. Very helpful. UPDATE: Helped me again with several questions and logged in to do something for me as collaborator. Above and beyond support.

Thanks Ron for quickly answering my question, I was easily able to disable one product from collecting reviews. He showed me how with a screenshot and link, very helpful.

I thought first, that you can't change the text color of the reviews and the color of the stars, so I deinstalled the app. But Abderrahman from Judge.me sent me an Email, that it's possible and he can do it for me. So he did! Everything fine now, even some more changes I asked him he solved all perfectly <3. Just can recommend this app!

This company has been amazing and their support is unmatched. Every issue I have is fixed instantly and they are all very friendly and happy to help. For companies big and small, i do recommend Judge.me as they are just phenomenal and their cost for what they provide is unmatched.

She asked for the information, went away and within minutes she'd already done what I needed without any hesitation. This is quite possibly the best app I have on my store and the helpdesk has always been amazing!
