Intuitive to use, quick to set up and feature rich even though it is free. Customer support is also 10/10 they not only helped with my issue, fixed and styled the reviews with my theme for me. ! definitely recommend

I switched form another app that I had been using for 4 years, and they were no longer offering a free plan so I needed something to take over, sadly this one technically didn't have what I wanted for free either, but I was able to find something that I could use in the mean time. with that being said I did have to contact someone to help me with adding the widget and placing it in right spots, and the rep, was able to do just that! He was great and patient with my "picky-ness. :D

Felix was nice and freindly! He went the extra mile to customise the app to suit my theme's style better :) App was quite easy to use and understand as well.

No trudging through extensive AI-generated or FAQ responses either (which can be a very frustrating). Highly-highly recommend this app to businesses of all sizes.

I was surprised by the quick response from the support when I had technical moment. I'm not even using paid version, will definitely consider. Other than that the overall UI in the setting is a bit tricky.

This is indeed a very useful plugin, but I hope you can consider adding support for more languages, such as Chinese and Japanese.
