I am still waiting for a solution to the manual review request issue not allowing me to select a date of purchase to submit a review request to my customers. I received instructions to send request which I have been doing for years vs a solution for the date holding up the request from being submitted. I explained again in a second email with no response.

Andrew did a great job supporting me. He mentioned he is new and admitted to not knowing something. I really appreciate his honesty and quickly finding the answers I was looking for. My only concern is that he plugged my reviews json file into a free online tool to convert it to CSV. He was definitely doing this to help, but this is also a potential risk as PII or other business information could be being farmed from it. Other than that, I'm happy with the product so far and the support I've received.
