Recently started using Judge.me for reviews and so far it's been great! I needed some help and customer service was excellent, very fast responses, and quick help!

i had some issues with the review, but the customer support help me moving the reviews from one product to another one!

Excellent support. I usually have a lot of formatting needs and integrations with apps like Omnisend and Shopify. They do a great job helping out and making sure the set-up is done right. I was using a different review app (much more expensive) and am glad I switched. It works great. Especially the ability to use a QR code for product reviews. I hand it out when I do in-person sales. It has increased my person reviews a lot (I barely got any before)!

I am running the free version of this app for 6 months now. The import of my Etsy reviews worked without issues and my customers are able to use the review option within the shop. The free version works very well. I soon will be upgrading to the paid plan to get the additional features. The chat support is very helpful and instant. So far I can highly recommend the app.

Using the free version (for now), it has been easy to navigate and the service was fast and on point.
