Spoke with Andrew through online chat to resolve an issue I was having with layout. While looking into this he also made a suggestion to improve the look of the ratings and made adjustment. The app is good, but it's now even better with what Andrew did. A+

We've been using Judge.me for a couple years or more now and always have experienced A+ customer support even when our questions can be a bit complicated, they do their best to find a solution. Would like to mention Oualid who assisted me with recovering some lost reviews during our migration to shopify. Judge.me is great value for money and we're happy with all the features and widgets included.

Best app for products reviews, hands down. We very briefly used Yotpo but moved to Judge.me when it was a new app. We were one of Judge.me's very first customers and have been using this app for years. Support has been consistently superb and we have zero complaints with how the app works for our business.
