App is amazing for being free. Does everything I need it to do. The AI chat is helpful but more importantly if it can't help the live agent is great and got things working again for me.

Rarely have I found a Shopify app that offers so much value. Judge.me has all the same rating and review features as some expensive competitors but for a fraction of the cost. Technical support has been top-notch, too.

Had an issue with placement of Floating Reviews Tab due to custom coding. Lorenzo fixed that in under 5 minutes :-)

Had a small isseu with transfer to a other theme and Tasnin fixed it in less the 3 min. Big shout out !!!

(This bug has been fixed, and I'm still willing to give it a 5-star rating.) If I hadn't chosen Judge.me initially and accumulated over 2,000 reviews with it, I would have uninstalled it without a second thought. The $15/month plan is a complete waste of money. I have products that don't require review requests, but they're not working. I've had this bug for 10 days and they still haven't fixed it. I'm so disappointed in them.

The customer support team is genuinely excellent — responsive, patient, and always willing to help. Unfortunately, the app itself doesn’t live up to their standard. It’s filled with unnecessary limitations, slow loading times, and constant performance drops during peak seasons. It’s frustrating when such a helpful team has to defend such an unreliable system.
