As a small business start up in the United States, I have loved Judge.me! Easy to send reviews and display them in various areas with the FREE widgets. We are considering upgrading to the paid plan to help run campaigns and unlock some additional customizations, but the free plan has all the basics you need. Customer support was also available via chat and helped me write away.

I just started using it today but the features I see that I will have available are exciting. I used the chat support today and from the time I clicked on the chat bubble to the time they connected and fixed my issue(my ignorance) was about 15 minutes.
