App is fairly easy to install and use. It works well. And customer service/support has been excellent so far.

Simple to setup and implement on my Shopify page. I like the transparency that they use so that people know that I am posting all of the reviews. I have several actual customer reviews that I wish there was a way to connect to the sale so that I had 100% validated customer reviews.
