I have been using Judge.me for a while... I started with a free account as I started my eCom business. Since then I have tried a few different review apps, but Judge.me is unlike others where, it provides ample time for users to play/test around and gives chance to experience what it would like if your review system is working or not properly which I find it very useful and trust worthy. Upon my experience for a few month, I have decided to finally make the call of signing up for an Awesome plan. As I was setting up Widgets, I ran into a few problems such as setting up Star Rating and All Reviews Page and I have reached out for help and Cassiano did amazing job helping me. He was polite, understanding, and technically inclined as a technical support should be. Thank you so much, Cassiano!

I only started with this app today on our shopify site and it is absolutely brilliant. Quickly upgraded to the paid plan as I soon realised I wanted the All Review page on my site albeit the free version has plenty of great features. I had a slight glitch getting the all reviews page to show correctly and eventually thought I would try the chat feature in the app. 20.00 at night thought I would be lucky to get any help there.. but no, Casianno came straight back to me and within 10 minutes had sorted the problem for me. Fantastic product and amazing customer service!
