Easy to install, and amazing customer service via the chat feature! Can't say enough about the response time and little extras the person did to help me setup the app. He changed the colors of my review stars to match my store etc. Fantastic service.

Felix was super helpful and solved my issue immediately - I had redone my product listing so the reviews were on the archived product. They were most efficient at transferring the reviews to the active listing.

App is amazing and intuitive but you have to put in the screen time to learn all the rich functionality. Support is first-class, customer service reps reach-out to you as soon as you install the app to see if you need assistance and quickly answered all my rapid fire questions throughout my learning process (here's looking at you Claudio). Worth the investment and can't beat the price. Go with Judge.Me if you're on the fence.

Great review app. also very easy to import all of my reviews from my previous magento 2 platform (via csv file) and adding them to my new shopify store. Tons of options that I look forward to utilizing.

The chat / help feature with a real person is great. Abraão was very helpful with helping me troubleshoot my problem and think about a solution to a future issue before it's a problem. I'm new to the app, so making sure the widget was set up correctly and learning about review carousels and pages was a great introduction to the app. Great chat feature and customer service agent!

Good app, customer service is excellent

This app is just perfect. We had so much trouble with another app trying to integrate another reviews account we've had for years, so switched to Judge Me just to test it really but the support for even the free version has been nothing short of incredible. Thank you for a reviews solution that just works, looks great, is easy to integrate, and is supported amazingly even for the free version. Can't rate this app highly enough.
