this is about their support. I haven't used the widget very much. my experience with their support is impressive. We had to manually setup the widget into our template. They quickly set it up. widget was done and working in 2 hours

This app was easy to install and when I ran into any issues I reached out to their support chat and was helped by a live agent right away they logged into my site and fixed it immediately. Highly recommend this app and it sync with Tik Tok which was a major plus for us!
