The app has just been installed, all previous reviews uploaded and some simple customizations already made. So far, zero issues and looks great on the store. Cassiano from support was quick to assist with the install and I'm relieved to have a replacement for Shopify Reviews which was hit end of life- Judge.me was the perfect replacement. I was having trouble getting my widget to work properly, even after deleting my old review app. Cassiano helped me out immensely, working behind the scenes to work out the coding. He had it up and running within 5 minutes, and we appreciate it so much!

I've only just installed the app so this is not a review for the app itself but for the customer service. Let me just say that if the actual app performs half as well as Abaão on my customer care team, then you've got an outstanding platform. Our site is heavily coded so installing something is not an easy task for me - a lot of questions, a lot of uncertainty. Abraão took over and made sure that we were set in 15 minutes. Headache averted! Give 'em a raise as it's so well deserved! Thank you, Abraão!!!

I had deferred moving my reviews away from Shopify Reviews, however the deadline was fast approaching so I took the plunge and made the change today. I selected the Judge.me reviews app ... and I can tell you I am 100% satisfied. Big shout out to Ron with their customer support team, he customized a few features for my Shopify store in just a few minutes. I plan on leaning more features very soon and I would full recommend Judge.me to fellow ecommerce stores!

I am using the free version of the Judge Me app on our Shopify store. I love that Judge Me automatically forwards emails to our customers (which I have been able to customise) to remind them to write a review for the product they have purchased. We get a good result from these emails with over 50 verified reviews to date. I have found their customer service to be helpful on the few occasions I have needed to contact them.

Han went above and beyond to help me. highly recommend. This is the second time I had an issue and needed help and it was solved promptly.
