Brilliant support available with this app and they reply within a few minutes in the live chat. I had lots of queries about the set up process of initial review requests to reminder emails and set it to multiple review email template (with the option of just putting the main product in the emails without all the add-ons) This was all explained to me by their support and it helped me to tidy up my review system and limit it to the main product for each email reminder. My review conversion rate is already at 25% of emails sent using the multi product template. I was using the single review template version before which was sending out review requests for each item in the order..including accessories or add-ons. This cluttered the review process and conversion was only around 4.5% using that template. So a huge improvement now. In addition, the user interface is very clean and useful as it has the request history of emails that were sent out, pending requests and status of whether sent emails were opened or not...and all reviews are verified when they are written from clicking on the emails. As a side note, In order to improve email deliverability, make sure to use your website email address and get it verified using the judge.me support. Status of "sent successfully" means it was sent but didn't land in the customer inbox, and "email delivered" means it was successfully delivered to the inbox. There is also a photo reminder email in case a review is left without a picture which is a great feature to optimise photo reviews. However, the coupon code system to incentivise reviews could be improved because when that feature is activated it sends coupon codes out to ALL reviewers from the initial request email to reminders. It would be better if the coupon codes could be activated only for late reviewers from within the 2nd and 3rd reminder emails in order to incentivise them for a review. I hope they can update the app to include this feature. But overall, a fantastic service and a great automated review system that is already optimising the number of reviews for my website. Just make sure to use the right review template for only the products that you want reviewed and you're good to go!
