Abderrahman assisted me with clear instructions and screenshots that guided me on how to embed the necessary code so that my reviews would show on my product page. However, the coding to get the review carousel in the footer of my home page was beyond my abilities and it was no bother for them to collaborate and make changes to my Shopify store to assist me to achieve this. Integrating it into themes and pages is easy. Customization of themes and the like is straightforward. Setting up email, widgets, and more is simple. The email review request setup is highly customizable. Post-sale discount sharing options and so much more are available. The shining light is the responsive and helpful support team. They're incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, going above and beyond to answer our questions. So far, every issue we've encountered has been addressed in less than a few hours.
