good customer support so far! the app is not super user friendly but the support is top end!

Excellent customer support via the chat feature, but app itself is very confusing- the widgets need to be clearer as to what information they display

It can take a minute to familiarize yourself, and the rules are very stringent with syncing but overall it is a good app for the money.

Nice app that does what it should with no big troubles. Even for multilanguage use. Im just sad of one thing. If you have free plan, you cant change way of showing customer name. You can hide it, or you can show it in full. Very bad for gdrp complain and perhaps other privacy reasons. Here in EU we cant show our names everywhere without consent. And pay 15 dollars just for that? Meh. That should be basic setting, not some higher version paid bonus. Anyway I solve it somehow in code.

Non ricevi riesci recensione e di bagga ci vorrebbe nel piano free il Qr da inviare hai clienti X la recensione perché a volte i clienti sono pigri quindi al momento non potendo permettermi il pieno successivo l’applicazione non mi soddisfa tanto

There are limitations to what you can do, but support is fast, responsive. A great app.

Judgeme is easy to use, once the different widget definitions are understood. I think that the functionality is sound but the descriptions were not written with a new user in mind. I had to ask a fiverr gig worker to configure because they descriptions didn't make sense to me. Even the experienced gig worker had to reach out to support for assistance turning on some widgets.

The support is very good and they are helpful. Some things aren't intuitive, but they do help you

I'm still learning my way through the app. The online support is fantastic, and helped me worked out a few things that weren't intuitively obvious when just using the app.
