I currently hate it. I finally found the place to re request a review and it didn't work. Thinking it was a problem on my end, I closed the window and tried to find the request page again. Have spent hours coming over the site of all sorts of other features it wants to sell me, and other products I've purchased that it wants me to review, but can't find what I'm looking for. 'just go to judge.me/admin'... Doesn't exist!

Was using the app on the free version, everything was fine. Then I wanted some extra features so I upgraded and paid the $15USD. i wanted to stop paying the $15 and revert to the previous version but the snakes do not allow you to do this. You have to cancel the App altogether. I find this deceptive and unethical. Shopify do better!

1) This app does not provide much control to the store owner. I can't delete or modify a review. A customer can modify their own reviews if they go through the Judge.me website. THIS IS NOT OK. 2) The company "judge.me" emails my customers from a "judge.me" address rather than my store's address. 3) A product reviews app should be invisible to the store owner's customers, meaning that my store should be the public point of contact, not "judge.me." Judge.me fails on this point. I am astonished that this app is so highly rated and, frankly, suspicious whether this apps ratings in the Shopify store are real. 4) No way to test the app without messing up my own store stats.

We’ve been using this app for years, and it worked well initially. However, as our number of reviews and products grew, the app began to fail. Despite reaching out to support, they were unable to resolve the issue. The advanced support team contacted us but didn’t address the core problem. It’s been days without a solution, and we’re deeply disappointed. Beware: This app may stop functioning properly as your product and review volume increases!

Terrible Customer Service Experience I had an extremely disappointing experience with their customer service. I reached out for help with an issue and the developer, Soufiane, asked for permission to access the app. Without waiting for my explicit consent, he started making changes and publishing on my live theme. This is a blatant disregard for customer consent and professionalism. When I inquired about how to edit reviews separately, he simply told me to publish them since they were already imported. This response was incredibly unhelpful and frustrating. I cannot believe the level of incompetence and lack of respect shown. Avoid at all costs!

Thank you Claudio for your incompetence. If you want to waste time, write to Judge support. I ask for help with something very simple, and Claudio doesn't understand everything. 20 minutes of conversation and in the end he doesn't even help me find the solution and leaves me all alone. For the price of the application, this isn't right.

"I recently cancelled my Judge.mesubscription, but I'm still being charged. I've reached out to their support team multiple times, but haven't received a resolution yet. It's frustrating to continue being billed for a service I no longer use. I hope this issue gets resolved soon."

This app support tried 10 different ways to prevent my store have verified reviews due to some ambiguous " rule" while lacking reasonable features to display individual review as verified on homepage , the support was going out their way and out of line to disqualify your store personally, he asked me millions of question like a cop and insist that I prove that I own my own store! Who the f* are you? When I look at some of their reviews, l find they all sound like cookie cutter and one clearly said they are running into an issue but still give 5 star LMAO. fk8ng clown ! There are so many apps there that would never intentionally make their customer's life hard!

I think this app is so terrible that I'm almost positive that they are cherry picking reviews. My god the UX is so bad and the smug support people are terrible. I hate this app :) Figuring out now how to extract our reviews and move on from the pile of trash that is Judge me.

I am still waiting for a solution to the manual review request issue not allowing me to select a date of purchase to submit a review request to my customers. I received instructions to send request which I have been doing for years vs a solution for the date holding up the request from being submitted. I explained again in a second email with no response.

We have been using this app for the past few months. We turned off automatic review request emails, since we didn't want to send review requests to everyone. At first, everything worked however for the past 1 months, we have not been able to send review requests manually. No solution so far..

we tried this app first time it miserably failed to work on our shopify store ,tried to approch the support team for a resolution and give them collaborator acess to our store for atleast 5 hours checking by themselves they failed to provide a resolution ,hence i am not recomending this app

Overall the styling of this app is pretty old, it looks like it's been created in the 2010s. If you want to have it look modern prepare for some serious CSS rewriting and even JS hacking. The support is good, but it just seems like the architecture behind this was bad from the start and everything custom needs a workaround. The translation part is really bad, I've got a store in both english and romanian and the translation just doesn't sound romanian. If I put that on my website we'll just embarrass ourselves. There is no way to adjust the translated texts in the review widget, you have to either accept their translation or write custom JavaScript to intercept those texts and change them in the page. Doing that causes a flicker where you see the initial text first, then the it quickly changes to your text. You just need to hope the client doesn't notice. The multi-language review emails allow translation, but you can only set change the text. The product title, which is outside your control, stays in the language set in the admin(EN in my case). So, imagine an email in romanian with products titles in english. Very professional.... There is currently no way to change this, I'm being told by support, although this basic problem should've been solved years ago.. This app is just not made for stores that use more than one language at the same time. Found all this after spending about 3 weeks of my extra time customizing it. I don't recommend it.
