Over a week and no resolution. I have a paid customer waiting to get products that has not shipped, no communication since last week Wednesday 7/24. This person Rowell was in communication, but seems to have fell off of the map. Disturbingly, part of our email chain communication disappeared. I am left with one resort, that is to go on an active social media campaign against Jubilee if this does not get resolved ASAP. I will tell all of my friends and have them tell their friends. I will keep posting until there is an appropriate resolution. This is not how you effectively operate a business or treat paying customers.

Support replied promptly and attended to every issue. Very friendly . Store has decent fashionable items and pricing is good. 17 days in and we’re satisfied and hope it stays that way. yes

Setting up my brand and choosing the products was a breeze, and I couldn't be happier with the overall experience.

We initially found this app to be full of glitches, especially when first installed. Moreover, it forces users to choose a plan before they can fully explore its features, which I find rather shady. The app advertises a free plan, but it doesn't seem to be accessible during the setup process and won't let you go further without plan.

USE CAUTION WHEN SIGNING UP! Extremely unhappy with Jubilee's business practices! I signed up for a trial and was charged immediately for a yearly subscription without my approval! There is no contact information with exception of an email address that answers with an automated response. I reached out on July 8 within 30 minutes of realizing my credit card was charged for a yearly subscription. On the 10th I received this message: [Thank you for reaching out! I have received your message and currently looking for the best way to assist you. Please let me get back to you once I have an update or if we need more information to proceed. Meanwhile, please feel free to message me should you have other questions or concerns.] Today is July 13 I have not heard back from "Rochelle".

It appears that they're illegally using your personal data, an unauthorized login was attempted to one of my emails, and shortly after (30 mins) I received a fake customer service email from them to that exact email address. Beware

I strongly advise against using the Jubilee.beauty Shopify App. Our experience with their service has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. We initially signed up for their free trial to test the app’s features. However, even after confirming with their attendant Rochelle via chat that the trial was canceled, they continued to charge my credit card. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, we received no response whatsoever. This demonstrates a clear lack of integrity and extremely poor customer service. They not only failed to honor the cancellation but also ignored our subsequent inquiries. If you value your time and money, avoid Jubilee.beauty Shopify App at all costs. There are plenty of other options available that provide reliable service and respect their customers.

As a new starter I had originally given Jubilee 5 stars, unfortunately I am changing my review to 2 stars until the following is resolved. I have inquired numerous times in the last few weeks with no resolution on why I only have the ability to add 93 of the 250 unique products under my annual subscription we paid for. I should be able to add up to the maximum my subscription allows, but I am only have available 93 unique products to brand, there are no others to pick from. I also have 25 premium products, these I am ok with and have added. For example there is no lipstick only lip gloss, there is no blush, there is no brushes, etc. All I am asking for is to have the ability to brand 250 products for the subscription plan I paid for. Frustrated Customer.

I love the concept and features; the products appear to be very high, too. Just starting with the company but anticipate a good experience based on the vibes and feedback from other customers.
