Why I have been charged 25$ this month for using invoice wizard? And not 9$..... I will probably uninstall this app this is ridiculous

Great app with excellent customer service! We had a few minor issues getting everything set up in the beginning, but customer service was lightning fast to help us and was always super nice. The app has everything a small business needs if you're on the free plan, and upgrading is definitely worth the money to automate workflow with automatic upload to Google Drive, automatic sending of invoices, editing of invoices, and more! The invoice templates are easily customizable and the entire app interface is simple and straightforward. I would definitely recommend it to small businesses.

The team quickly implemented a small, yet not unsignificant, feature request I had; a dedicated field for VAT number.

We use Invoice Wizard to create our packing slips and invoices. It is more detailed and customisable than the standard Shopify one. The support from the devs is amazing - lightning speed reaction time and always looking to solve our challenges ASAP. The templates are very customisable and can be tailored to our needs perfectly. This app is great and easy to use, beautiful presentation for printing out order slips from the buyers and provides all details of the order.

Unfortunately, 1 star. It was for free with limited functionality then they decided to limit also invoices. This is not fair, we started to use it because it was free then you changed it. It would stay at least for your old merchants.

Excellent functionality, easy to use, and in more than 2.5 years of daily use there has not been a single downtime. The one interaction we have had with the technical support team was great, with response times that seemed more like real-time chat than email exchange. One of the easiest 5 star apps to recommend.

This is a good app for your store and it is FREE. It is easy to use and save time . I think It should add social media link address and not just logo. That would be great so the customers can see the link address of the seller. Some customers want a printed invoice and the social media logo cannot be clicked. But, other than that it is 10/10.
