Its easy to use and customise invoice template! Ran into some trouble with draft invoices not showing up with the order number but support was responsive and solved the issue quickly!

Resolved the issue I was having with a pdf format. Whilst it was not immediate - they needed to consult with other people to solve, I appreciated it was corrected and they were very friendly and easy to deal with.

I inquired about printing/PDF formatting, specifically margins. Support told me to go look for it in two different places in the app, then immediately asked for a five star review. Guess what? There is no adjustment for margins in either location. Then I was asked again to leave a five star review by their support bot. Time to look for a new solution.

Ich suchte nach einer APP die das macht was ich will, andere haben sehr starke Limitierungen, sodass sich die Free Version nicht einmal lohnt. Hier ist es aber anders, für kleine Shops oder die die gerade anfangen ist es eine super APP professionelle Rechnungen schnell und einfach zu erstellen. Auch wenn man upgraden möchte, sind die Preise vertretbarer als bei anderen APPs. Jinu vom Kundensupport ist auch sehr nett! Was ich mir allerdings noch wünschen würde ist, dass die Limitierung von 30 Rechnungen etwas angehoben wird, da ich sie mir anschauen möchte bevor ich sie weiterschicke und dann noch Dinge entdecke die ich beheben mag - dann summieren sich die Downloads leider. Vielleicht 30 Downloads von 30 verschiedenen Bestellungen, anstatt 30 Downloads insgesamt? Aber ich bedanke mich herzlich bei Euch! :) Für Anregungen und Tests stehe ich Euch gerne zur Verfügung.

Installed the free version to get an invoice with the requested information and vat breakdowns for a wholesale customer. It's a bit fiddly but once you figure out how it works it's super useful and has endless customisation options. I needed assistance getting the detailed per product line VAT breakdown and Sreelekshmi on the chat was super helpful and we got it sorted in minutes.
