We used this app for Shipping Protection in Shopify and faced multiple issues: Custom tags were automatically removed after 2–3 hours. Analytics reports showed incorrect data (this was eventually fixed). Excluded products were automatically removed from the app after 2–3 hours. The support team’s resolution time is extremely slow. Although they claimed to have fixed these problems, the issues still persist. Additionally, their QA process seems poor. When we reported the problems, their developer changed the app configuration without our consent (they later admitted this) and never reverted it back. This change negatively impacted our sales. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this app.

The app has so many bugs. 1- Custom tags get removed automatically after 2-3 hours. 2- Analytics report was showing incorrect data, which we later get that fixed. 3- If you are excluding some products, they are getting removed automatically from the app after 2-3 hours. I cannot recommend this app for two primary reasons: 1) Once the app is set up, it doesn’t perform properly on the cart page, failing to calculate the correct final total. 2) The support response time is very slow, and they are unresponsive. It appears that the app isn't functioning well because it is new.
