This app is a keeper! The app is simple and super easy to use—no fuss, just quick, effective functionality. Even better, customer service responds lightning-fast. Had a small issue, reached out, and got a helpful reply in minutes. Highly recommend!

We used this app for Shipping Protection in Shopify and faced multiple issues: Custom tags were automatically removed after 2–3 hours. Analytics reports showed incorrect data (this was eventually fixed). Excluded products were automatically removed from the app after 2–3 hours. The support team’s resolution time is extremely slow. Although they claimed to have fixed these problems, the issues still persist. Additionally, their QA process seems poor. When we reported the problems, their developer changed the app configuration without our consent (they later admitted this) and never reverted it back. This change negatively impacted our sales. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this app.

Great APP and after a few days I've created an amount of revenue. I have used their tech support and they seem very good. Sign of a good team and hopefully I will be able to use more of their services.

ShipGuard integrates flawlessly with our Shopify checkout. Setup was quick, and we love how we can exclude specific products or variants from the protection. The interface is user-friendly, and the flexibility in managing digital insurance status is a huge plus. Great app and support!

I cannot recommend this app for two primary reasons: 1) Once the app is set up, it doesn’t perform properly on the cart page, failing to calculate the correct final total. 2) The support response time is very slow, and they are unresponsive. It appears that the app isn't functioning well because it is new.
