Hubble was a deciding factor for us in switching to Shopify's new customer accounts experience. We're now able to leverage widgets like announcement banners and promo cards to elevate the customer experience beyond the admittedly-barebones native portal. Hubble's segmentation features help us show the right content to the right audiences -- we've been able to create a tight UX that responds to our different kinds of customers. We love the flexibility of Hubble's widgets -- the UI is simple and intuitive, and creating and updating content is easy, quick, and instantly deployed. The major upside to Hubble: we can accomplish most of our needs (and more) without any engineering effort.
