We've only been using our Gorgias AI agent for a few weeks now, but I am so impressed at its capabilities. Our product specialist, Julieta, went above and beyond to help us set up our agent. There is a bit of a learning curve - both on the team running Gorgias and on the AI agent itself, but once you get the hang of the system it's an easy workflow. We're excited to continue to have our AI grow in knowledge and help our customers even more.

We wouldn't be able to handle our incoming customer service messages efficiently without Gorgias. It's a no-brainer. Customer support is such an important part of our business. We’ve been using the Gorgias AI Agent for a bit now, and I wanted to share a quick win we had with it. A customer reached out asking to update the shipping address on their order (#144269), and the AI handled the whole thing on its own — confirmed the address, asked the customer to double-check, and updated it once they said yes. The customer gave it a 5/5 CSAT, which pretty much lines up with what we’ve been seeing overall. It’s taken a lot off our plate and made our support feel faster and more reliable. If you’re thinking about adding AI to your support team, this has genuinely been a solid upgrade for us.

We have used Gorgias for years. Georgias has a lot of feautures and works well with Shopify, but recently costs have gotten out of hand. It is very expensive. Gorgias cost me $1,000 last month for less than 50 inquiries, which works out to about $14.50 per inquiry which is obscene. Support is non-existent even though I own the store I unable to get support. I am now evaluating other service due to horrendous cost and complete lack of support.

I've been very satisfied with Gorgias in my time using it for 2 brands - user-friendly, plug and play with a lot of integrations, and solid reporting. We have recently upgraded to automations and AI, and that has boosted our CS productivity, reducing wait and resolution times, as well giving our customers more solid information without having to reach out. Would definitely recommend!
