I had a disappointing experience with this app. Some features like loyalty rewards and store credit didn’t work properly.Gift card delivery was delayed, causing confusion for my customers.Support was slow to respond, making the setup even more frustrating.

I have started using the Free option and it works in a wonderful manner. 1 glitch was seen but that was solved in a short duration by Galvos and his team. Please use this for Gift Cards for sure.

So far, it seems like an easy app to use, seems to be completely free, and works for incentive programs.

I've had limited experience with your app so unfortunately, I can't make provide a proper review. All I can say is that I can't use your app until I become a member until I explore your store for an unspecified amount of doing but I can't really explore because I can't use any features until I become a member which is odd and kinda off putting.

Great app. Very easy to use. Adds a better UI to the gift cards also the balance page is a bonus. Keep up the good work.

Set up was very easy. Smart developers get you to write a review in order to get extra features during set up. I feel like their craftiness demonstrates that this app is going to be pretty great.

This app is awful. We have tons of orders where the app just did not assign a code. We also found that the app did not send out the emails with the code. Their support is crap. They don't have any answers, they did not send out the gift codes to the recipients even though I have requested that 3 times now. Customers are very upset. This is taking a huge amount of my time to find and send out gift codes to upset customers. The app was supposed to do that, and when we found out that they did not, we requested that they send out the codes to all recipients. They have not done that yet....

Amazing customer service! I had an issue with the app because I wanted to change the color of some buttons and the option did not yet exist. They went above and beyond to make it happen. Thank you!

So far so good! Very easy to use, I like the gift photos on the app and best of all for a small business there are no fees that I am aware of yet. Great boost for a small business.

Just started using it, and so far the experience is positive. Very intuitive interface, and seems to do exactly what I need, which is give user a gift card when they sign up (without having to purchase it)

The App seems pretty good. However, there are a few things not working and no one is responding to the tickets I created over 2 days ago. CAN ANYONE HELP? TICKET NUMBER 1389, 1388, 1384 AND 1383. If we can't get support very soon, we will need to look elsewhere I am afraid.

this app is very useful . The onboarding steps was pretty much easy if you follow the steps.It's very informative and has been great for my small business. I'm hopeful it will significantly boost revenue and contribute even more to its growth
