Wow... they did a great job. engaged them for a quote and they went above and beyond so much, that I did not even worry about it... Just paid for a subscription. They were nice, not pushy, and actually could see the improvements. Very fast... I recommend.

Amazing customer support! I had literally opened the app in my Shopify admin after going live and started to look around when I got a message pop-up from the support team asking me if I wanted to fix my SEO errors! To my surprise, Liam was on the chat and ready to help with a huge amount of critical errors that were picked up after the first scan. He guided me through the steps needed and set up a bulk update template for me to fix missing meta descriptions as well as missing H1 headers. We went from around 40+ critical errors down to zero in no time. Liam also guided me on where to fix SEO manually in the app, which really helped me find my way around. All that with only having a free account, I am blown away by the level of service! Thanks, Liam and Tapita Team, awesome app and awesome customer service!

Their willingness to collaborate and manually upgrade my subscription without extra cost was appreciated. I will continue using the app and will update my review after a month based on my experience. Tapita has been super helpful for our website. Being able to scan for issues while we built the site and after launching was great. The image optimization is also great, even the free version.
